Question 1

What does Rookmason do?

Accepted Answer

Rookmason provides AI-assisted workflow services for small businesses. The work focuses on practical customer handoffs: helping inquiries get a timely next step, gathering useful details, and routing work to a person when judgment is needed.

Question 2

What kinds of workflows can Rookmason help with?

Accepted Answer

The service areas include lead follow-up that gives new inquiries a timely next step; appointment booking that helps prospects find and request a workable time; intake forms that gather details before a conversation, appointment, or service; review requests that invite feedback at a considered point; and support chatbots that answer common questions and direct requests needing a person to the team.

Question 3

How does Rookmason decide what to automate?

Accepted Answer

The process starts by looking for repeated handoffs where inquiries wait, details go missing, or staff answer the same questions. Rookmason then considers which steps suit automation and where staff judgment or an exception handoff should remain part of the workflow.

Question 4

How are workflows designed, built, and deployed?

Accepted Answer

Rookmason designs, builds, and deploys scoped, practical workflows around a business’s existing tools. The tools and connections are considered for the specific workflow and agreed scope; compatibility is assessed case by case, rather than assumed for every system.

Question 5

Which tools or methods might a workflow use?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the workflow and agreed scope, typical possible methods may include n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude or GPT APIs, and voice agents. These are examples of possible methods, not a promise that every project uses them or connects to every tool.

Question 6

What happens after a workflow is deployed?

Accepted Answer

Rookmason discusses ongoing maintenance and tuning around the business’s needs. What that work involves depends on the workflow and the scope agreed for the project.

Question 7

Does Rookmason focus on one industry?

Accepted Answer

The direction is to focus on a single small-business vertical and develop a reusable playbook. Rookmason has not named the chosen vertical in its current public information.

Question 8

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Rookmason has not published a rate. Project costs and any ongoing work can be discussed in a conversation after the workflow and agreed scope are understood.

Question 9

How do I start a conversation with Rookmason?

Accepted Answer

Use the consultation intake to share your business context, the workflow you have in mind, your name, and your email. Submitting the form saves a request and starts a conversation; it does not reserve or confirm an appointment.
